Yes it is confusing, outsourcing normally helps so why didn’t it, maybe more people planted with more of their own objectives

Look at the American Public Schools. Our students fall way behind other countries in math and science. Foreigners can speak English better than our own students.
I teach at a 2year Technical College and 80%+ of our students have to take remedial classes in math and English before they can take on College coursework.

India has 300 million middle class people. The highest in the world. Believe me when those outsourced people’s children graduate college, India’s educated can be a force to be reckoned with. The smartest kids in the world are concentrated in India. The fortune 500 companies will hire their best from India before they go to Harvard and Yale graduates. By the way, I am not Indian.
