motivation and productivity are intertwined with the happiness of an individual. when one person is happy, the person’s mind works extra hard because of the lack of stress. hence, the person becomes extremely productive in work and tends to become very creative. the mind works harder and its ability to innovate is enhanced when an individual is stress free. a motivational writer is steven covey.
