The US company in New York might give the outsourcing either to its own firm in China, or real Chinese firms.In the first case,it is foreign direct investment.In the latter case,it is just a buyer.

When I call a company, and I can’t understand the customer service rep’s “English” I hang up and keep calling until I do get someone I can understand…..It’s very very frustrating!!! and very poor customer service.

They’re outsourcing them because they don’t demand as much pay and their productivity is almost as good as Americans.
This is a huge debate in globalization, as you’re right – it takes jobs away from Americans. Supporters will argue that in the long-term, outsourcing allows for a more advanced workforce. If we outsource more manufacturing jobs, we will be able to focus our efforts on more advanced industries.
The best way for the US govt to combat this is to provide funds for retraining programs for US workers. This will better equip people losing jobs to outsourcing to compete in the service economy the US has developed into.
Question: Why doesn’t the US Government try to prevent companies from outsourcing jobs to China?
Walmart, General Motors, Ford and a million other companies outsourcing jobs to China when they belong in USA!!! why the fk doesn’t the government make a law preventing them from doing this?
if you are born in united states you only do business in united states PERIOD.
this is how you fix your recession – pull the trigger on the chinese factories and bring back the american jobs to homesoil…
when you start a business in USA as a united states citizen this does not give you any right to outsource any jobs to foreign countries – this is what im trying to say

you have large number of web sites which give you A to Z.
just try, Commonwealth Bank, World Bank, ADB, etc., who routinely avail services of Outsourcing Companies. They issue tenders ( where tender conditions, draft Agreements) are available, They also publish the Contracts for public views.

I think it would make a lot more sense to ask the company you are going to use for outsourcing. If they’ve never heard of HIPAA (NOT “HIPPA”), then you have your answer.
